Having owned and operated my business of Pleasant Garden Catering, after 38 years of full catering, I chose to retire. I thought I would enjoy the easy life, but in 2008 I soon found out that I truly missed my brides after only a year away. So what was left to do but to begin baking again? I was delighted to find the job of baking was still exciting and fulfilling.

I am pleased and honored to be welcomed back to the Castle McCulloch family and look forward to participating in your most special of days, your wedding.
